Terms and Conditions
Welcome to 4CE MAJOR Dance Studio.
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and any related services. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to accept these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
I. Activation & Validity Period
1. All class passes must be activated within one month from the date of purchase; otherwise, the pass will be automatically forfeited after one month.
2. The validity period of all passes is calculated from the date of the first class attended and will expire upon the due date.
3. Passes are for the exclusive use of the purchaser. Sharing, lending, or transferring the pass is prohibited. Any request for a change in user requires a written application and prior written consent from the studio.
4. If classes are suspended due to studio schedule adjustments or force majeure, the validity period will be extended accordingly based on the suspension duration.
II. Booking & Cancellation Rules
1. Class reservations must be made in advance through the official booking system. Bookings are subject to availability and close when the class is full.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
· If you need to cancel a reservation, you must complete the cancellation via the system or designated method at least 12 hours before the class start time.
· Late cancellations or failure to attend ("no-show") will result in the automatic deduction of one class credit from your pass. No make-up class or refund will be provided for that missed session.
3. Waitlist Mechanism:
· If a class is full, you may register for the waitlist. You will be notified in order if a spot becomes available.
III. Leave of Absence & Special Circumstances
1. Short-Term Leave:
· For leave exceeding 7 consecutive days, supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, business trip notice) must be provided. Upon approval, the class pass validity may be paused, with a maximum cumulative pause of 30 days.
2. Long-Term Freeze:
· For long-term freezes exceeding 30 days due to significant reasons such as injury, illness, or pregnancy, a hospital diagnosis certificate or relevant official documents must be submitted. Upon approval, the pass can be frozen, with each freeze period lasting at least 1 month.
· The freeze period does not count towards the pass's validity. Upon returning, classes must be rebooked as per normal procedures.
3. Medical Certificate Specifications:
· To request leave or a long-term freeze based on injury or illness, a formal medical certificate must be submitted within 7 days of the leave start date. The certificate must clearly state the period during which the individual is unfit for exercise. Retroactive applications will not be accepted.
IV. Class Etiquette & Safety
1. Participants must follow the instructor's guidance during class. The studio assumes no responsibility for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
2. Please keep your valuables secure. The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
V. Refund & Transfer Policy
1. Once activated, class passes are generally non-refundable. Under special circumstances (e.g., serious illness/injury, relocation to another city/county), a written application with supporting documents is required. If approved, a refund may be issued after deducting the value of used classes and an administrative fee (30% of the remaining pass value).
2. Class passes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions or discounts.
VI. Reservation of Rights & Final Interpretation
1. The studio reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, pricing, and classroom arrangements. Affected members will be notified in advance.
2. The studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, class pass types, and all related promotional policies. Changes will be announced on official platforms without individual notice.
3. For any disputed matters (e.g., determination of leave reasons, handling of special cases), the studio holds the right of final decision and interpretation.
4. Matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the final interpretation and decision of the studio.
VII. Other Commercial Terms
1. Violation of these rules (e.g., disrupting class, fraudulent use of another's pass) may result in the suspension or termination of class pass usage rights without refund.
2. Ownership of Rights: All rights pertaining to this class pass program and its associated rules, systems, and course content (including but not limited to the rights of final interpretation, modification, and termination) are reserved by and belong solely to the studio. By purchasing a class pass, members acquire only the right to use the class services in accordance with these terms and do not acquire any other intellectual property rights or ownership.
