Booking your appointment is simple:

Select the class you want to book from the scheduling page or using a direct link from our admin staff. . 

How To Use and Redeem your Codes

• During Checkout: On the booking confirmation screen, click "Redeem Package, Gift Certificate, or Coupon Code" to enter your package code.

• Automatic Application: If you logged into your Acuity client account, a link will appear allowing them to choose from their available packages, gifts, or subscriptions without re-entering the code.

• From Receipt: If you purchased a package, you can click the "Redeem" link in the confirmation email to book with the code automatically applied.

Managing Packages and Codes

• Check Balances: You can click "Check code balance" at the bottom of the scheduler to view remaining sessions.

• Admin Override: You can also enquire our customer service team member to assist generating a report
